A new member with a question about a 795.

The rear sight appears to be missing a screw for the elevation adjustment. Where can I find this screw or what are the specs so that I can find one?

Thanks in advance for any assistance!

Welcome from Central Texas.

You pose an interesting question about your 795. I went to Marlin's customer service and looked up the owner's manual for the 795:
http://www.marlinfirearms.com/pdfs/manuals/MFC_Self_Load_RF_Clip_22LRMACH2.pdf

The illustrated parts breakdown in the back of the owner's manual doesn't show a screw for the rear sight.

Good luck.
I saw the same thing but this doesn't appear to be the same rear sight as in the drawing. Mine has a separate screw that will loosen the leaf to adjust for windage where others seemed to use a drift fit.

I appreciate you looking that up though!!

Call or email Marlin Customer Service -- that gun is still current -- they should be able to help you -- maybe even send you the screw for free.
