Greetings,
My name is Russ. I'm 36, a Father of 3 living in the Pittsburgh area. I work in IT for a health insurance company.
I am a small time collector and target shooter. I would love to hunting some time but have never had the opportunity as those members of my family who did sadly passed away unexpectedly and tragically.
On the Marlin front I currently own a 336 in 30-30. It was passed down to me by my uncle. I recently discovered it may be an pre rem Marlin as it has a JM stamped barrel and serial on the tang. I thought I'd join this forum and learn a little more about it. I also own a Navy arms Winchester Yellowboy in 44-40. Those are my only lever guns, but I have a smattering of other pistols, rifles and shotguns.
