Hey,
Came to the forum on a recommendation from a co-worker/current member. I don't currently own a lever, but I see one on the horizon. I came to read and learn. I have hunted with a bolt for years, and I shoot plenty of bolts, pumps, and autos for fun. I'm a bit of a history nut and military firearms enthusiast. I shoot "black guns" pretty regularly, and am hoping to make some 3 gun matches this year (work and family time allowing).
I live in (North) Idaho with my wife and two sons. We are trying for a girl, my wife is an optimist. I work as a firefighter/EMT for the city we live in.
Not too sure what else to include, so I'll leave it there. I've skimmed the forums, they look good. The membership here appears intelligent and welcoming. I am eager to learn what can be had here.

Thanks,
Ben

New member out at Fernan Rod & Gun. I was going out to the "community designated range/dump" on Hayden Creek. I like Fernan much better.

Yourself?
Welcome from Spokane. Rowdy and I like to get together from time to time at the CdA range. Nice little place. A few other members shoot there as well.

Rowdy and I tend to like Friday mornings so if you can swing one sometime, shoot one of us a PM. Be glad to let you try out a few of my levers if you'd like.

:)

Eli & Rowdy,
I used to live about a half mile from the Atlas club. Thanks for the invite out to shoot, I will make it out. I work a rotating schedule, so I'm off more Fridays than I'm on. My wife just started a new job and her schedule hasn't quite settled yet, so her's will be the tricky one. Same goes for you guys too, if you'd like to shoot out at Fernan just let me know. Members' guests are welcome, and free.

Thanks for the warm welcome.
