OK bear with me I'm a 1 finger speed typer.got my sbl on about 11/10.when i bought it the only thing i noticed that was lacking was the terrible trigger pull.not really a problem because the trigger is one of the first things that i fix to my liking.take it out to shoot and i noticed that the brass had a large lets say scrape or mark that was fire formed in the brass.it would not feed worth a darn and the lock up was suspect,my first levergun.marlin replaced the barrel and did their action fix.the action cycles way smoother and now i know what a levergun feels like when the bolt locks up properly.the only thing that's not exactly right is the firing pin doesn't hit exact center.it's real close ,i don't think this will be a problem,i have several 1911's that have been accurized and shoot outstanding.i'll tell you this,if i known in advanced that i would have to go thru all this bs i probably would have bought something else.
