Just noticed base of stock has different number stamped on it than serial number on receiver does this mean not original one?

Then on barrel stamped 22lr unlike my 39s that are 22LR/22L/22short does that mean 22LR only as thought they all took all three types.

Front sight swivels down and back sight has two leaves one flips up and slightly taller is this standard?

It should have the same ser# or at least the last part of it.
As far as I know, it should shoot all 3.
Not stock sights, could have been added at Marlin, or afterwards.
