At the gun show this morning I found an Ideal #1 loading tool in 32 long colt. Cha ching! It even has a bullet mold for a true heeled bullet! The base appears to be .29 ish and the lube grooves are .31 ish. It's tough to get exact dimensions without actually casting a bullet.

Bad news, it's not exactly pristine, it's actually pretty pitted and it's missing the depriming pin.

Still a nice artifact to add to my collection!

Are you sure that's a #1? I thought the #6 had the mold built in, but the #1 didn't? (could be wrong, often am!)

My 1893 Ideal Handbook shows a No. 1 tool with an integral mold. It is for the UMC 32 Long and the WRA Co. 32 Colt, NOT the 32 L WIN.
