i kind of made this recipe up on my birthday the 9th, it has shrimp, smoked sausage, sweet onion, sweet red, yellow, and orange bell pepper, celery, rice green onion in it. all cooked in my 1910 lodge cast iron oven. it is flat tasty,,,,,,,,,,,,

You forgot to throw in a handful of crawdads. 😛

It does look dang tasty. Is Ragin' Cajun the only seasoning you used or is the rest of the recipe top secret.

Ragin' Cajun and black pepper and parsley is the only seasoning. i pealed the shrimp and sprinkled on Ragin' Cajun and sautéed them in butter olive oil and two cloves of chopped fresh garlic. then took them out and sautéed the onion, peppers and celery. then added the sausage, cooked for 2 min. then added the shrimp, then added the rice, mixed it altogether adding black pepper and Ragin' Cajun and dried parsley to taste, then topped with chopped green pepper, you are done. my wife liked it so much she mane me make another pot yesterday. and yes it would be good with crawdads added ,,,,,,,,,,,,
