My Airborne Brothers are passing this around today. It's sure to hit the mainstream media eventually and no doubt they'll try to crucify this young paratrooper serving with my old Division. The rest of us are applauding him on all of our Airborne sites - so I thought I would share this with my MO Bros ...

I wore DCUs (like the 82nd Airborne soldier in the photo) from 2002-2004 during my last duty assignment at CENTCOM prior to retiring. I think the Army replaced them and the BDUs sometime in 2005-2006 so that pic probably dates back to roughly that time period.

Confronted with that situation, I would have been NCOIC of extra duty (again) ROFL!!
