Hello

I have a Marlin Glenfield model 80g 22 rifle. The barrel is destroyed (bad pitting / no rifling). I am looking to replace the barrel.

I have the old one off and will be looking for a new barrel. Does any one know if the barrels between the models (i.e 80G, 80C, 80DL, etc) are interchangeable?

Thanks

Yes they are. But you need a special barrel puller so you don't destroy the receiver in the attempt to separate them. Soaking in Kroil for a week might help. It's a $150 rifle at best no matter any possible sentimental value. As our President says: "Don't do anything stupid....".
