I've seen a few of these for sale and they were priced in the $200.00 range.I'm not saying anyone one was buying these.I don't think these DU's will have any real collector value, except to a member of DU.I would say that it's in the ball park considering that a new marlin model 60 will cost you at least $159.00,unless you go to Walmart and get a base model for $120.00.Just remember that if you shoot it or trash the box,it no longer has any collector value.Just my opinion.

I have purchased a few of the walmart models 60's over the years. IMO the quality declined appreciably. I was still fairly (semi?) happy with the 60SB, but I gave it to my stepfather anyhow. I think I might be blashpemous and pick up a 10/22 for my next repeater. On the high end of things the 39A is an option, and so is the new Remington. Now if I only had $$$.
