Does any one here have any experience with one of these? I'm asking because a local Pawn shop has one here that I saw last night. A pretty unique looking old auto loading 22. I'd never seen one before and was wondering how well they work. From what I've been able to gather they were made from 1948-56. Is there anything in particular I should look out for wear in? They're asking $99.95 for the thing, but I think I can get them down a little. Fair price?

Thanks for any input in advance!

I wouldn't sink too much into it. Fifty bucks give or take. Since it wasn't made in great quantities, some of the smaller parts are going to be difficult to find. Examine carefully the bolt for extractor & firing pin. If it's extremely cruddy, that would be another red flag. SW
