Fooling around this evening anfd took this group photo of my marlin lever guns.
L-R '94 in 44-40, 1893 in 32-40, 39A made 1952, 39 High SPeed, 1897 roundtop 22lr, '92 in 32rf, 39 s prefix, 1881 in 38-55, '94 in 38-40, 1894 TD in 25-20, 1889 in 32-20, and being repaired a '93 in 30-30, and an 1894 in 32-20. moodyholler

That's a mighty impressive collection ya got goin there, hoss..... Very nice!!!

Thanks for the kind words. MM93 has been instrumental in my collecting. He is always helpful. I shoot all of these Marlins and enjoy a trip with them to my farm in WV. Although no coyotes have fallen yet, I hope to remedy that this fall. Shum8, how's the H&A moving along? moodyholler

I think your supposed to get something
from the store, I watch those marlins
while and make sure nothing happens
to them while your gone :wink:

Hey I'm just a couple hours away. If Shum can't handle watchin' over yer babies I can be there quicker than oodmof. Just dial 1-800-MARLIN-SITTER and I'll be slobberin' over your shooters fastern' you'd ever magine :lol: .

Dang Moody,you must be an old feller to like them thata way..The new guys would have them chromed and spray sheelac all over the wood.. Worst of all, it is closer to the truth than fiction..
A mighty fine line up of fantastic history..Now teach them to talk so we can hear what they have been through..Thanks for sharing a glimpse of HEAVEN..modoc

L-R 44 Stevens in 22LR, 417 Stevens in 218 Bee, Springfield trapdoor in 38-55, Springfiled trapdoor in 45-70, H&A in 16 ga, H&A in 22LR, H&A in 22LR w/extra 16 ga barrel, H&A in 32WCF, Remington RB in 22LR, Remington RB in 25-20SS, Remington RB in 40-65, Maynard in 64 cal smooth, and Marlin Ballard in 38L RF/CF. moodyholler

Got to admit, beside the marlins and the ballards, I have a slight hankerin' for those 44 and 44 1/2 stevens frames! Good thing you left those on the end, easy get away..I didn't say that outloud did I ?? .....Beautiful once again Moody, think I going to have to mortage the house to even begin to catch up to you fellers!
