We've always loved Marlin lever actions - the superb handling, traditional beauty, and rapid rate of fire. We cherish our Marlin lever actions because they feel right, look right, and shoot right. We enjoy their classic lines and superb handling almost as much as we enjoy hunting with them. But, dare we say it, there is something beyond just right. There is better than factory, and that's what our Classic Custom is all about.

Today, we're pleased to announce our Marlin Classic Custom Lever Action package. Whether you want to replace factory varnish with the deep, rich satin of hand rubbed oil, or restore worn bluing with a beautiful, all weather coating that will last a lifetime, our custom services will have you seeing your rifle in a whole new light.

If you love the look of traditional bluing, our application of Gun Kote gun metal blue can emulate it almost perfectly, while providing superior corrosion, chemical, and wear resistance. And if you want to step-up to a new level of shooting enjoyment, our performance package will have your lever gun handling slicker and shooting more accurately than ever.

This is a great way to show your favorite hunting rifle how much you care. Or restore that beloved heirloom for generations to come. Or, heck, kill two birds with one stone and show your Dad or grandpa how much you deserve to inherit his favorite hunting rifle.

One example of a Marlin Custom Classic (every one is unique, available in any caliber, on any Marlin model platform)

Darn it T-Roy, now you've gone and put ideas in my head. I have a used 336 CS on the way with a really nice butt stock. It may show up here if I ever have the spare time to work on one of my own rifles.

good info! does anyone know where I can find assembly/disassembly instructions for my marlin model 92 32 rimfire/centerfire, it is currently 32 rimfire, thanks
Not sure where step-by-step instructions are but have you checked out the schematics illustrations available on Brownell's or Numrich? They diagram each part of the rifle which should help.

The guys at Ranger Point Precision have done two Marlins for me. The first one was chambered in the 35 Remington. The second was in 338 MX. They completely stripped the rifles down and applied the coating to all of the parts. Then the custom work on the stock that allows extra rounds to be stored securely. I have yet had a round to come loose from it. The rifles shoot GREAT! Adam test fires the rifles and then tweak's them if needed. He had the 35 grouping 3 shots that was touching at 100 yards. The 338 is right there with it also. I also sent them a T/C barrel that they threaded, put a flash suppressor on and permanently pinned to make it legal for deer hunting. Makes a nice compact package that shoots great groups. These guys will do all my gunsmith needs in the future. Fellow gun owners, you can't go wrong with Ranger Point Precision.
