I am new to the forum so I am sorry if this has been asked in other places. I have my fathers model 989 22 semi auto rifle. It is in very good original condition. However, I am missing the magazines. Can someone shoot me some links of where I can buy magazines that will work for the rifle? Any idea on what magazine capacities are available? I'm also willing to read any advice you have on the rifle. Thank you

Welcome from Georgia. The magazines are on ebay but they're not cheap. If you can get them for low $20's that will be a good deal. Just make sure you get the right one as there are different types.

I believe the nickel plated 10rnd mags for the 795 work well in the 989.

I've heard the 15 rounders are not very good.
