After 50 years I've finally replaced my "home from Vietnam gift"....
Now I need some help developing a good 100 yard varmint (small stuff) load for it.
256 Winchester magnum.

If this is the wrong forum please tell me where to go....I don't see much on the M62's here. :flag:

11.5 grs. of 2400 with a 75 gr. hollow point proved deadly in mine. The velocity isn't much over 2100 fps, and is a mild load, but very accurate. Could push 1.5-2.0 grs. more if your gun is more accurate with hotter loads. As usual be cautious going higher charges.
