Folks posting on recent production Remlins, seem to indicate that quality control is back up to standard. With respect to those folks, who took the time to share this with us, we have to acknowledge Remington is now putting out a decent product. There are still some bad early production Remlins in the dealer pipe line and especially for sale used. The days when a Remlin is automatically considered a bad rifle are over.

The problem is spotting the good stuff from the "bad early production Remlins" :(. Any pointers would be really helpful?

Howdy, You might try the "rimfire section". There are lots of 39A owners there with great advice. Happy shootin!
