and just for the record.......i was reading up on wil bill hickok.....the text said when he was first buried, they PUT HIS FAVORITE SHARPS IN THE COFFIN WITH HIM! but he was re-intered a few years later....i a BET it was removed~ :shock:

kaintuck....had a chance to buy one like this about 5 years ago.....1874 Sharps, full length brass scope, complete set of original Sharps reloading tools, all in a fitted wooden factory case.....$11,000.00!!! Just couldn't find a way to swing it. Boy do I wish I had tried a little harder to "swing it". Probably 4 or 5X that amount now. Of course beans and rice for the next 10 years might have been a little hard to take. :shock:
