completely down and went through and cleaned all internal parts and put it back together. A little intimadating at first but with having consoled with someone on here and watching a couple video's all went well.... wellllll except for one area. When I was first trying to reinsert the bolt it didn't want to go and was getting stuck right where the collar of the ejector clip is on the bolt. Took that clip off and realized that the roll pin was sticking out just a tad and had that clip pushed out. I did notice that the roll pin was sticking out on either side no matter how far I tapped it. I filed the edge of the pin down so it was not protruding at all. I did notice on the clip that it was worn on one edge and I assume it has been rubbing since day one. Once I adjusted that the bolt slid in like a champ. The lever action moves nice and free and feels very smooth. Can't wait to get the wood finished and go out and shoot it.
