What is a fair price for a 2006 or 2007 Marlin 1895. Blued 22" barrel, no dings, dents or scratches.
Thanks,

Bill I 've seen them from $600 to $800 on GB. Have not seen any locally for a while. Plenty of guide guns, but no 22's or cowboys. I would think $700 to $800+ for a fine example blemish free would be fair IMHO, others might differ though.

I need to go and pick up an 1895XLR that I bought to replace the last one I had. (I sold it to buy an 1895MXLR.) Now I will have an 1895, an 1895XLR and an 1895MXLR. I don't know that I can justify all three Marlins plus the Browning 1886 and the Winchester 1886.
If I do sell the 1895, I could put that money towards the 338MXLR that I have not yet found.

I've never seen a used full length 1895 for sale around here, everything I've seen have been the guide guns and they are selling for $500-$600.

Justify? Justify? I'd be hard pressed to justify more than 2 guns. I just have an justifiably understanding wife.

My wife is also an enabler that likes to shoot a LOT!

Hence the reason we buy cases of ammo versus boxes.
Except in winter, this winter has been too darn cold.
I bought her a Remington 1100 Sporting in 20 gauge
for our anniversary. It's a bit early but the price was right.

Those are good prices but if you take your time which is a relevant statement you can find great prices.
Yesterday I picked up a LNIB 2007 1895 Cowboy 26 inch barrel
for 550.00 my 45/70 XLR for 550.00 in very near NIB
time is on your side. The cowboy was posted locally as for sale 45/70 Marlin thats it so I pulled up the one pic and it was fuzzy
but i could tell the magazine went to the end of the barrel when i talked to him he was selling his dads gun he bought from Cabelas
in 2007 but had a stroke and never shot it until last week before he moved to CA. So I paid what he asked.
Every gun in my Signature less than 600.00 time is your friend

I think it does depend on the local market as well.
