Welcome from the marshes of south Louisiana.
Looks like a marlin 39A, just the feed tube is missing and somebody replace the large screw head for a regular screw that holds the receiver together! Should have Marlin on barrel?
Thanks for the pictures!
here it is difficult to repair any weapon, the laws and few honest gunsmiths are the main problem...It was made from a Marlin, for sure. Looks like someone, for some reason, built a single-shot out of a 39a.
it is the only thing that is marked on the whole rifle.
it is possible to send them to mexico? It's still a marlin! Looks like "bubba" got a hand on it!
All I can say is try to find parts for it!
Sad part is no gun parts are allowed to be shipped out by any manufacture or parts seller!
Very sad, with the measurements and details of the pieces, could it be possible to restore it?Sad part is no gun parts are allowed to be shipped out by any manufacture or parts seller!
How much is a functional one worth? With money, anything is possible; however, I am pretty sure that restoration would cost more than a replacement 39a in shooting condition.

Oh, is not so expensive...With money, anything is possible; however, I am pretty sure that restoration would cost more than a replacement 39a in shooting condition.
Tank you so much.Welcome to Marlin Owners from NE Indiana.
Go to gunparts.com they have schematics on the various Marlin 39's. It looks like you need a inner and outer mag tube. Also the mag tube holder and takedown screw.
The current stocks appear to come from a single shot shotgun. I would replace them too.
Some of the parts dealers will ship out of country but I am not sure witch ones.
Good luck with your project.
Don't worry. I don't speak English so much...What's a riffle? Just kidding! Bubba likes 39As too, I guess!
