It was made from a Marlin, for sure. Looks like someone, for some reason, built a single-shot out of a 39a.

Very sad, with the measurements and details of the pieces, could it be possible to restore it?

With money, anything is possible; however, I am pretty sure that restoration would cost more than a replacement 39a in shooting condition.
