What are the pro's and con's on the rifle? I Currently have 2 336s in 30-30 & 35 remy for hog hunting and maybe some day an elk hunt. I thought maybe a 922M would be nice for some gopher hunting.

I have a bolt 783 Marlin in 22 mag, very nice rifle. I don't know anything about the 922M other than there is a beauty on Gun Broker right now, very pricy. Buy now is $600.

I would do a search on this thread at top of page using "922M". I did and there was a lot of info and questions regarding this model.

I just got a chance to see my new 925RM at my FFL guy's place this morning-----looks and feels pretty decent. Now the 10-DayDance begins. Damn this state...... ;D
