I'm Busy is usually my response to the house managers (wife) request of HD jobs.
My favorite Busy doin'...things are;
1-riding and tinkering(?) on motorcycles and atv's. Also have a Samurai-for those famaliar.
1-guns and everything associated with them-hunting, smithing, collecting,reloading,...did I mention I love to hunt?
2-workin on wife's Honey Do list. (Points scored if she reads this.)
Many many thanks to this sight and all the info. contained here-in. Guess I lurked here and read every post about Marlin QC problems. Wanted a
45-70 G and found a NIB at a shop. 93xxxx so I guess made in 2007. May have got lucky, fit, finish, feed-"let me cycle box of shells through
it before purchase" is excellent. No side play in hammer or lever. Trigger, while heavy, is crisp and smooth. Guess I'll shoot it some then work
on that. Just have to hope it is one of the accurate ones. James C.
