Jusst wanted to intro myself! I've shot a 336 for years. I just inherited a 783 and was wanting to ask if it's ok to shoot modern ammo.It was made in 1974. I'm in the process of refinishing it, It was rusted in a bad way and stock in bad shape, I'll post pics when done.
