Maybe it has both.
How would that work??

RP
Magazine would hold the rounds the same either way you just would have the option of loading from either end which is the best of both worlds IMO!! I am very interested myself. Problem is I would need to own one of each because it would be too hard to decide otherwise

The photos of the 'side gate' Henrys also show a cutout for the 'load through the magazine tube.'

What's up with that?
Biloading rifles, leave it to Henry to break a natural law. That goes against traditional morals.

That is one fine rifle. I going to have to get one for sure. Here it is boys. Everyone that kept saying they were waiting on one here it is. If you keep them in demand they will probably build other models too.
For $1,000 I will put it back on the rack and look for an older Rossi or JM barreled Marlin.
That is how i have my current new Rossi 44 Mag.
I was at a gun show in Nebraska and saw a whole row over lever actions. Looking them all over, all the Henry's were in the $800 to $1,000 range.
I found my Rossi for $400.
I have not met a hog yet that could tell the difference.

The real question is: How many different topics will get started about this here on MOF?
