First is 45 acp marked match. What is it worth? Is there a way I can tell when it was made?

Next Winchester 38spl. Worth? and when was it made?

I think the .45acp is military competition ammo. The picture of the case bottom/headstamp is too blurry for me to read, but think the year made would be stamped on the bottom, such as RA "##" for the manufacturer and year? Anyway, no expert but these guys talk about similar at the link~

You may also be able to search for headstamp history or cartridge guide/ID online, I've seen various sites on them before poking around.
