OK so I said I wasn't going to buy anything else for a while but found this 336 RC Texan with the saddle ring locally and need a little help with the value of it. I looked through some posts and prices/auctions online and it seems to be all over the place. Owner is asking $450 for it and that seemed a little high? Or am I way off on that. I already have a Texan that was made in "74 so this would be essentially the same but with the saddle ring. I know, can't hurt to have two! Rifle appears to be in very good to excellent condition.

It is a 30-30 caliber.

I'd pick it up if I could, I'd take that scope off personally though, still it looks good to me!

Looks good by the two pictures.

I would also be curious of the caliber and the year of it.

Looks like a '70 or older with the Round Lever.

I'm not one for scopes, but the price seems pretty good.
