I just joined MarlinOwners.com today.
I purchased my first Marlin lever gun about 3 weeks ago. A model 444S made in 1982. It is in pristine condition and actually looks brand new. I want to take it on an elk hunt this September in British Columbia. Shots could be from 50 to 200 yards as I have hunted this area before. I do not reload my ammo. Any recommendations on best commercial ammo to use on my hunt would be greatly appreciated .
Thanks.... Mike

Welcome to MO

Our only rule (of note) is that you must post pictures.

Look at Hornady Lever Evolution ammo.
