Hey guys I just bought a Marlin 336 CS and I knew nothing about Marlin or this rifle, but Ive owned guns for years. I love this beautiful workman ship. I am into muscle cars and specifically drag racing and muscle cars between 1950-1974. I am here to learn what I can about this gun and meet new people. First question I want some new sights and I am really new to the rifle world specifically lever action world. What front and rear sights should I get together? I kinda want to go with brass and keep it looking like an 1800's weapon not some new age lever action rifle.:biggrin:

I have Marbles and Lyman tang sights on mine which are period correct for Cowboy shooting. Many MO colleagues use the Skinner sights which mount on the receiver.
