So what are the advantages of a Marlin 44mag. Rifle? I currently own Marlin 30/30, Marlin 35 rem, Marlin 444 and a S&W 629-6; I like the idea of loading 44 specials for both firearms.

Anyway is there any added advantage with the 44 mag rifle? Or is it the feverish throws of Marlinitis?
