Try opening the bolt as far as it will open and then pull the trigger back all the way and see if that will work. If not, look for a retainer pin or screw somewhere along the bolt body and back it out a little and try again.

Ok, pulling the trigger doesn't work, I'll look for a retainer pin, Thanks Flatnose!

There should be a bolt stop on the left side of the receiver. Turn it out about two turns. Then, pull the trigger as you pull the bolt out. Great guns. Heavy and extremely accurate. I have my Dad's. 1949 model he got at six years old.
