Hey there all .... I just gotta tell someone this as its not too often i get really good service from a gunshop around here .... The sales staff in the stores close to me are normally just out to sell you what they have the most of and then get you out the door so they can go on to the next customer or go back to a tea/smoke break ....

I had a problem with a 45 70 front sight being way too high on a rifle I bought a while back.... I took it back after figuring out why the rifle was shooting a half meter low and the Sales Manager was onto it in a flash - he ordered a full set of different height front blades so we could check which one would be best ... when they didnt arrive within a week he took the rifle and had his gunsmith trim the offending blade down as a temporary solution (no charge), and when he heard I was going out on a hunting trip this weekend - he lent me a set of QD rings and offered a scope to go with it as a back up should the trimming not work to my satisfaction !! When the new blades come in he will replace it free of charge....

Now THAT is some good service !! I will be doing a LOT more business with him in future (I have bought 6 rifles in the past year from his competitors). Congratulations Queensland Gun Exchange !!

They are pretty well on the ball there. I have dealt with them myself at times and you could not ask for a nicer crew.

Ive been going to many shops over the years, but one shop I frequent since I was about 12! To this day you can go in there and some older gents always hang out in there and talk to each other like they are at the corner bar! ;D If you know what I mean. Everyone has a gun on them and the owner Joe has never been robbed in the 45 or so years he's been open! ;) I can go in there and load a gun and see how it feeds! Now where can you do that nowadays! Of course i'm in the back room with the muzzle to the floor! His shop is one of the smallest buildings I have seen for a gun shop, but he has more guns than two maybe three of the other shops combined! Believe me he's not there to give anything away, but any problems and he is there for you. I love to go there! Some shops do not like to have your online gun sent there and transfered, but Joe always does it with a smile. I'll always pick up some extras when I do a transfer. I think i'll stop in and see the boys today! :)

Fantastic you got service like this! Why I would pay a little more at a shop like this! Don't let them go out of business!
