I've been shooting for a while now. I have recently picked up a few Marlin rimfire rifles and this board seems like it will be a great way to stay informed.

Currently I have a JC Penney 2035 (Marlin Model 80), Model 981T, and Model 795. My other rimfire rifle is a Remington 514, and my rimfire pistol is a Browning Buckmark Micro Bull. Now I need a 39A just for some lever action fun ;D

I have to admit, I own and shoot several centerfire guns and none of them are from Marlin. I really enjoy my .22's as they are cheap to shoot and provide lots of learning opportunities.

Welcome to MO from Wyo. 39A is a fine rifle and I just got my first one a while back, not my first Marlin 22 but my favorite.
