So my first post to this site will be in response to your first post. By the way--I like this site too and have learned a lot here. The Midway USA catalog lists a "Gold Inlay Filling Kit." You can probably go to the website and look it up--product number 720-160. It is about $16. I managed to rub the gold out of my son's Beretta shotgun by being too energetic with some Flitz metal polish one day. I might try this and see if I can fix my error. Good luck.
