Tubby, you got me thinking. The last time I had curried goat and barbqued goat was when I was in Jamacia. It was EXCELLENT.

One thing: I did change the link. The one I first listed was wrong. The one i have is more like revised link but minus the rotiserrie. The burners are brass. Got it at Lowes. $400. .............................OTTO

All kidding aside, BBQ goat is pretty good. Outside the main gate at Ft Clayton, Panama, an old guy would set up his grill and sell kabobs. It was better, sometimes, NOT to ask what he was serving, but it was all good. Gator, iguana, monkey, beef, fish, eel, pork, goat, etc.....it was all good!!! Have not found that flavor ever again, anyplace and can't duplicate it, either. Yummmm!
