I ran across this web portal that gives the world a peek at where policing is headed.

I couldn't believe it.

After reading the article, it made me think of a cartoon called the "Thunderbird" I watched as a child. (NO - Not the U.S. Air force Thunderbirds)

Does anyone other than myself remember this cartoon?

I remember the show! I was a young kid and it used to be on at very odd times of the day...like VERY early in the morning!
