Had to settle for store bought, farm raised trout, but it was good anyway.

Two trout fillets placed in ziplock bag w/flour, kosher salt, fresh ground black pepper, paprika, and cayenne powder. After a good toss in the bag, shake off excess flour mix and place into a pan with hot butter/canola oil 50/50 mix. Skin side down first, flip after a few minutes.

Pic #1:



Plate fish and add a few drops of fresh lemon juice. Serve w/fresh sweet corn and cheesy (your choice of cheese) mashed potatoes topped with a sprinkle of Lawry's seasoned garlic salt. Serve w/your choice o' beverage.

I'm pretty stuffed, but I could have that meal all over again. :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen:
