After a couple months of waiting the weather out, I went to the range to sight-in my .35XLR my wife purchased me. I mounted a 3-9 Prostaff on it with Leupold bases. I shot 3 200 core-lokts into the bank at 100 yards to rid the barrel of any oil that I may have missed when I cleaned the barrel and get a "feel" of the rifle. Then, I loaded with the Hornady LE and sighted in. Man, this rifle and ammo combination is awsome! In one of the pictures, there are two shots touching slightly left of center of the orange dot. The other picture shows one shot almost dead center, vearing slightly right. After sighting in, my son and I were plinking bowling pins!
The core-lokts shot down about an inch and about 4 o'clock. Look out deer, here comes trouble!
