Next time try a Barnes also, I doubt that you will lose much if any weight and you'll have four petals when you recover it.

I also did a Kodiak 350gr, 2000 fps, did 7 jugs and had 96% retained wt.
I need to reload some Barnes and see what I get.
I wish my picture had come out full size, but I'm not smart enough to get it larger.

I wish Nosler would release those bullets again along with the 250 grain partition for 44 mags. I've got a few boxes stashed away but I'm starting to run low. Nosler are your listening?!

Rick, the pictures came out fine. If you click on them you will see them much larger. I'll give you a couple of the 300 grain Barnes to try. Jim

I must admit, I am surprised and impressed with the lever evolution bullet. I think they are a big step up from the .308 me version which are way too soft in my humble opinion.

That LE 325 help up really well at 1850FPS from my buddies Guide Rifle. I was very impressed with it. Seemed to work alot better than it has been spoken about. Scotty

I'm impressed with the Hornady LE bullet.

The Nosler did exactly what Nosler Partition bullets do - love 'em.

The Nosler 300 gr PT and the Hornady 325 gr LE look down right impressive.
