Designing a replacement for Lyman #457193 45-70-405. Anyone have it already?

Greetings;
My Lyman #457193 [45-70-405] needs improvement [like I'm an expert already] by:

--including a .452" bore riding band of about .050" length
--including a front band of .100" for Lee FCD use of varied case lengths within SAAMI specs of 2.085"-2.105"
--Tangential Bore Riding Ogive nose
--nose length of .500" [My chamber tolerates COAL of 2.585" max., nicely]
--driving bands cast to .461" +.0015'
--lube grooves at .452" bore dia. [or maybe .451" +.0015" tolerance]
--70% Meplat
--plain base [eliminate the extra steps of GC'g; I'll shoot the 2nd highest velocity that does not foul the barrel w/lead as that energy should be sufficient for anything.]
--undecided if Tumble Lube bands & grooves should be 'fat & few' or 'narrow & many', pls. advise; my recent max chrono was 16xx fps,
Tumble Lubed w/Deluxe Xlox, 46g of IMR 3031, 20:1 WW/Tin.

I doubt my "design" needs are unique, but not able to locate anything resembling the above. I'm hoping you dedicated mould buyers & collectors will steer me on the path to righteous addiction in these regards.

Thank you for watching,

Wally

Wally,
This mold by Accurate is close to what you are looking for. Just ask Tom to add a .10" longer nose....and to modify the other dimensios to your requirements.
