While gun control legislation appears to be bottled up in Washington, D.C. at the moment, anti-gun lawmakers in Delaware and Illinois are rapidly moving to restrict the rights of legal gun owners while leaving violent criminals untouched. On today’s Bearing Arms’ Cam & Co, we take a closer look at what’s going on in places where the Democrats in control of the statehouses are busy trying to create brand new non-violent crimes out of our right to keep and bear arms. What ever happened to "SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED"?
Ever since the NRA was created in 1872, our 2nd amendment rights have been eroded to the point that we have to ask PERMISSION to own a gun! And the NRA was at the forefront of every bit of legislation curtailing that right! Don't believe me? LOOK IT UP FOR YOURSELVES! YMMV

Biden can't Executive Order anything, the 6th Circuit tossing the Bump Stock Ban, on the grounds it was beyond the President's authority to act on that matter by his sole discretion, blew that out of the water.

Do not under estimate the Democrat.
He has already got you confined to your house, wearing a mask, demanding vaccination/test papers to travel, be employed or enter public buildings.

No, that means that he has how ever many years it takes for a Circuit court or SCOTUS to hear that EO and THEN do something about it.

This is all about government overreach being allowed for decades, and culminating in what you see happening. Government no longer respects or represents the people in these areas. Government there is firmly in charge, decides what is best for all, and enacts whatever they please. And the sheep continue to graze in oblivion.......

Even then - NJ, DC and Delaware has court decisions saying their failure to issue permits was unconstitutional and yet nothing has changed.
