The stock on my 1895m cracked. The crack goes from the upper tang thru the checkering to the lower tang. Looking for any ideas on getting a replacement stock, or would it be something that could be fixed? Thanks

Definitely looks to me that the top tang needs a little clearance at it's tip. That 7:00 o'clock top tang looks tight to me. Scrutinize the lower tang as well. Keep us up to date on how it goes. AC

The epoxy resin I use to repair furniture would make that stronger than a new one. There’s an expert restorer on this board in Texas. I’m sure he could do it

I would try a repair ...... definatly use a good 2 part epoxy like Brownells bedding kit.
What do you have to loose ? If you are not happy after the repair, then you can spend the $$ on a replacement stock. I haven't had good luck with Boyds...the Upgraded Walnut stock I purchesed had no grain at all and looked like some cheap fruitwood. The inletting was very good however.
