Heres a model 97 s/n A2936 in 22 cal. shotgun butt ,hard rubber buttplate,Beech front sight, Vernier tang sight. The model 39 s/n S14321 22 cal. Pistol gripped,shotgun butt, with hard rubber buttplate, simplex tang sight, with a star on the tang.
