The Hunting Shack, Inc - Found this site online today, 1st I have heard of it. They had 45/70 405gr for $18.75 per box of twenty. I no longer buy loaded ammo for the 45/70 but thought I would share the link. I didn't check out their shipping charges but price per box looked very good.

They are located in Stevensville, Montana. Bit of a drive for me to check them out!

Yes Sir re bob.

Free wheel weights, buy powder & primers. Have tons of cases.
Exactly. On the other hand, the mold might initially cost you around $25-$150 (Lee - custom made) but they seem to last forever as do the pot and furnace. I use the same equipment my father bought second hand in the 70's.

You mean people actually "buy" their bullets? Wow! The last time I bought a projectile that I didn't cast myself it cost me $3.95 for a box of .223 55 gr. jacketed something or other! Loaded that for a friend that was shooting that caliber. Kinda small for me.... I'm happy makin' my own and been doin' it for years and years......

But seriously, finding loaded ammo for a decent price is something a lot of folks are looking for. Glad that this site was located. Not all reload, and not all cast their own. Well done on the find sir!
