I would appreciate it if somebody could give me a Blue Book value of a Marlin Model 20 bolt action with detachable magazine, Serial # starts with 27, which makes it a 1973 model. The stock has the impressed squirrel.

It appears in great shape and I would guess the percentage would be in the 80's. I was tempted to 'just pick it up' yesterday, then thought I'd hold off to get over the initial bug and ask what they book for now.

Thanks much!

Plainsman,
My 2004 gun traders guide says:
New in box- $100.00
Excellent- $ 80.00
Good- $ 54.00

I have a glenfeild 20, I wouldn't sell it for those prices.

By the way, your squatters cabin looks cool.
