Hi, I have been on the site for a while but just didn't register for the international section. My name is Graeme and I go under the moniker of Moofy. (Moofy was a Great Dane/Bull Mastiff, she was my hunting pal and was killed a few years ago by a lunatic with an out of control 4WD) I have an 1895 GBL 45-70 and a 1894 44 mag plus other non marlins. I love to load and shoot for the 45-70 but just a tad more than the 44mag. I live in Bundaberg Queensland, Australia.

Yeah Maincat, the 45-70 has always been fairly popular here but as of late it is now extremely sought after. Not that Ican blame anyone as it is a great cartridge. Has to be to last this long.
