Numrich sells Butt Plate Screws for Marlin Model 80, 80C, 80E, 80DL, 81C, 81DL, and 36 RANGER 22 cal. rifles as part # 148770 or 406590 (Brass).
Does anyone know what the diameter, length, and type of these screws are?
I figure a brass pan-head wood screw from the hardware store should do as well as $6.40 worth of screws (plus shipping) from Numrich for my 81-DL, but I want to get the thread pitch and diameter as right as I can.
