I am not attempting to apply additional lash's to an expired Stallion.(beating a dead horse) :roll:
Does it look familiar to anyone?

I suppose you've tried the phone number? FWIW, the phone company played with our area codes a few years back. All the phone numbers I've seen in New Tripoli are 610 area code now.

As for the powder... I would think that if I was trying to make a living selling reloads I'd be using some sort of surplus powder, not canister.

You nailed it! I tried the 610 area code and that connected me to the maker of the reloads.

Mystery solved!
The powder in the cases is a surplus powder, wc820 powder, winchester cases, Magnum pistol primers, and a 210gr JHPhornady bullet.
The reloads were manufactured in 1988.
Again, thanks for the tip, and thanks to all that helped in the search.
