Well that **** wont be tearin up the wifs bird feeder and knockin the cans over anymore.

Did you eat the ****?

We used to eat them every now and then and they are pretty good. Boil them until done and then barbecue (we used a vinegar based sauce) them on the grill to dry out a little. Not too bad.

Around here they average 7-8 pounds. Although I have kilt 'em as big as 18. I dunno what yours would weigh but it looks big in the picture. They are very good on a smoker. I kilt a small one on a hunting trip with me recurve and injected him with a salt/brown sugar water injection then smoked low heat fer 4-5 hours and it tasted like pork!! I fixed **** and dumplings on a hunting trip one time, didn't turn out too good. ;D Bon'apetite or however its spelled ;D

This is the second one this year. The last one is at the taxi right now bein turned into my soon ta be favorite huntin hat.
Not durin deer gun season though. ;)
