Made a start at the gun shop yesterday- Picked up a bag of 50 rounds of new brass, and Richard Lee's Modern Reloading book.

From what I've read so far, the Lee-Loader kit looks interesting. There's a handpress on sale at the gunshop too. The cheapie Lee-Loader kit looks interesting to me- it even puts a crimp around the mouth of the case...

My starting cal. will be 308, and from the way my rifle shoots, the heaviest bullet I'll be using will be around 150 gr. - cast bullets to come later as I get a little experience.

I have a lot of reading to do, before I can even select a powder.... let alone primers :p

Yup the Lee Loader will crank out fine ammunition. I used them for years. They are slow but do the job if you don't need to produce a lot of ammo.
